Remember back in the day when we used to call radio stations to request songs for our boo thangs or friends on a Sunday? Jamali always toped my requests and as I am writing this, I am feeling a little bit emotional, reminiscing on the good old days.

This song brings beautiful memories with my girlfriends in high school.

The dynamic Jamali trio won the Coca-Cola Popstars competition in 2003. Jamali music band is made up of three talented singers and performers including Jacky Carpede, Mariechan Luiters, and Liesl Penniken. And after winning the competition, the group name Jamali was created.

Jamali will perform at their 20-Year Legacy Celebration on August 5, 2023, in Pretoria, marking their 20 years in the music business.

The band’s most well-known songs, such as Love Me For Me, Dalile, Butterflies, Knowing Me, Knowing You, Secrets, and many others, will be played for the audience’s enjoyment.
