Globally, men live on average five to seven years less than women. The leading causes of death among men  heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes  are often linked to lifestyle choices such as poor diet, lack of exercise, smoking, and excessive drinking. Regular check-ups and healthier habits could prevent many of these outcomes.

One of the biggest threats to men’s well-being isn’t just physical  it’s mental. Men are far less likely to seek help for depression, anxiety, or stress, and suicide rates remain significantly higher among men. Breaking the stigma around mental health is essential. Taking your health seriously doesn’t mean overhauling everything overnight. It starts with small, consistent actions scheduling that check-up, getting more sleep, eating more vegetables, going for a walk, or simply being honest about how you feel.
