“Hi Shai_Quan I hope you can help me out today. Man, life is so damn hard and I am going through a trying time and feel like giving up.

I have feelings of feeling very inadequate and no hope for the future. I beat myself up a lot for feeling this way and I do not know how to snap out of it.

I think about ending my life a lot as I feel that I don’t have a purpose or much to live for.

Please help me how can I quiet these thoughts and not be so miserable”
