The Namibia National Paralympic Committee’s interim chairperson, Daniel Trum, has called on para-athletes to show mutual respect to both teammates and coaches ahead of the 2025 World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi.

He advised competitors to set aside personal challenges and focus fully on the spirit of winning, avoiding negativity that could affect performance or team participation.

Among the team is 22-year-old Bradly Murere, competing in the T46 100 meters, who hopes to win gold at the championships running from Saturday until 5 October.
