The Financial Intelligence Centre says Namibia is on track to exit the FATF grey list by May 2026, after addressing most of the weaknesses in its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing systems. The FATF this week adopted Namibia’s third Progress Report in Paris, commending the country’s progress under the leadership of the Cabinet. The report was submitted in July and formally adopted by the FATF Plenary on 24 October 2025. Here is Bryan Eiseb, the Director of the Financial Intelligence Centre.
