Tourism Sector Sustains Strong Growth

The Hospitality Association says the tourism industry continues to recover steadily, with third-quarter room and bed occupancy exceeding both 2024 and pre-pandemic figures. Room occupancy rose by 2% compared to last year and nearly 1% higher than in 2019, while September recorded a 4% rise to just over 66%. Home Affairs opens 2026 student permit applications
