Windhoek’s NaTIS branch manager, Sharon Silombela, has confirmed that impersonation scams are common, but investigations have not linked such incidents to any internal staff.

This comes after a parent shared a social media post claiming that an individual impersonating a NaTIS staff member, offered to guarantee her son passing his driving test for N$5,000.
