The Street Light - The Importance of Empowering Change within the communities with EPP Foundation Jane.K

End Period Poverty Foundation go into schools and communities, educating the girl and boy child about menstruation, fostering a sense of equality and respect. Boys who are educated about periods grow up to be more empathetic partners, friends, and family members. This education not only normalizes a natural bodily process but also instills values of compassion and support.

Furthermore, teaching about menstruation in schools and at home encourages a healthy attitude towards one’s body. Girls learn to embrace their bodies as they are, and boys learn to view women holistically, beyond stereotypes or discomfort.

In a world where every voice matters, where collective action has the power to transform lives, I explore how these community activists come together to ignite positive change, foster inclusivity, and create a brighter future for everyone.
